Resident Evil Requiem introduced players to a brand new character alongside the long running series hero Leon S. Kennedy. While Leon continues the action focused side of the game, the new character Grace Ashcroft brings a more classic survival horror experience to the story. Now the actress behind Grace has revealed that she would be happy to return to the role in future Resident Evil titles.
Angela Sant’Albano, the voice and motion capture actress for Grace Ashcroft, recently spoke in the Skill Up podcast FPS #90. During the interview, she shared that working on the character was a very enjoyable experience and that she would gladly reprise the role if given the opportunity.
Actress Would Like to Explore the Character Further
According to Sant’Albano, the motion capture work on Resident Evil Requiem was particularly exciting. She explained that she would love to return to the character and even explore different types of video game experiences with Grace in the future.

The ending of Resident Evil Requiem also leaves room for Grace Ashcroft to appear again in future installments. While she may not necessarily return as the main protagonist, the story could allow her to reappear as a supporting character interacting with other heroes from the franchise.

Capcom has already confirmed that a new Resident Evil title is in development, although the studio has not officially revealed details about Resident Evil 10 yet. Story elements, returning characters and the setting of the next installment remain unknown.

Nick Apostolides, the voice actor for Leon S. Kennedy in recent Resident Evil titles, has previously mentioned that Resident Evil Requiem is not the final appearance of Leon in the franchise. This has led many fans to believe that Leon could also appear in Resident Evil 10.

If that happens, future entries could potentially bring Leon and Grace Ashcroft together within the same storyline. For now, however, Capcom has not officially confirmed any returning characters.
A New Character With Future Potential
Grace Ashcroft quickly became an interesting addition to the Resident Evil universe thanks to her more survival horror focused gameplay sections. Capcom has increasingly combined established characters with new protagonists in recent entries, allowing the series to expand while maintaining familiar faces.
Whether Grace will officially return in Resident Evil 10 or another future title remains to be seen. However, the actress behind the character has already made it clear that she would welcome the opportunity.
